Request a Gold Exchange shipping kit. We will send you a package including a bag for your precious metals and a shipping envelope with pre-paid postage and a tracking number.

Send us your precious metals. Just follow the packing and shipping instructions that will be provided to you in the Gold Exchange shipping kit.

The Shopping Channel Gold Exchange will analyze your precious metals. Once we receive your kit we will send you an email, confirming receipt. We'll keep you updated as we analyze your precious metals, determine a payout amount, and send you a cheque.

What if I change my mind, or don't like the amount I'm offered?

Should you change your mind about selling your items, or are dissatisfied with the amount offered, or if you want to cancel the transaction for any other reason, you may do so by notifying us of your intention to cancel.

Simply visit our website theShoppingChannel.com/GoldExchange and click on the Contact Us tab or call us at 1-800-994-5101 and provide us with information about the transaction you wish to cancel within 20 days.

If you have already received payment and you wish to cancel the transaction, you must also return your uncashed, undeposited cheque to us. Return your uncashed, undeposited cheque to:

You will be deemed to have accepted our payment offer - meaning the transaction is considered final, and your items will be processed for refinement if:
